For this project, I worked with content creator The Gardener’s Adventure to produce engaging short-form content during a food review at Dragons Delicacy, a popular Chinese restaurant in Bristol. The aim was to capture the experience from start to finish, showcasing the restaurant’s dishes, atmosphere and the creator’s genuine reactions in a way that would resonate with audiences across social media. Designed for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, the final video was edited to be fast-paced, visually engaging and optimised to capture attention within the first few seconds.
Great food deserves great visuals. Throughout the shoot, I focused on capturing the colour, texture and presentation of each dish using cinematic close-up shots, smooth camera movements and creative angles. Combined with natural reactions and the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant, the finished video highlighted not only the food itself but the overall dining experience.
